Online Course Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policy

Generally, our online classes are not eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer to another package unless the following requirements are meet:

1. Parents must write in to cancel order within 24 hours of order placing ( email to : enquiry@littlemaster.com.my)

2. First class is not commenced by the time of order cancellation

Other Terms and Conditions:

   - Online classes are not transferable to other student or siblings.

   - Every online class will be conduct for 30 minutes; class may be extended up to maximum 15 minutes if there is any special condition.

   - Student who is late for class will not be given extra time and is not eligible for refund.

   - Withdrawal of online class is not eligible for refund once first class is commenced.

   - Orders placed with discount code are not eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer.

   - Students have 30 days (1 month) to complete and online course for Package A.

   - Students have 30 days (1 month) to complete and online course for Package B.

   - Students have 90 days (3 month) to complete and online course for Package C.
